Bhajia Mix / Chilli Bite
Vegetable fritter batter mix. Excellent finger food for anytime.
- 500g of any meat or vegetables
- 1 tsp ginger, crushed
- 1 tsp garlic, crushed
- Add sufficient cold water to Bhajia Mix to make a thickish batter. Let rest for half an hour.
- Dip sliced potatoes, onion rings, torn spinach leaves, sliced zucchini, capsicum rings, whole chillies with or without seeds, into the batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Remove and drain.
- Serve hot with your favourite sauce.
