Ingredients
500g lamb mince (or beef)
1½ tbsp Ras el Hanout spice blend
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt to taste
Flatbreads or wraps
Yoghurt, cucumber, herbs to serve
Directions
1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, cook onion until soft.
2️⃣ Add garlic and mince, breaking it up as it browns.
3️⃣ Stir in Ras el Hanout, season lightly, and cook until fragrant and cooked through.
4️⃣ Spoon into warm flatbreads and top with yoghurt, cucumber, and fresh herbs.
