The flavour-filled seasoning tastes great on succulent Australian lamb cutlets, bringing beautiful warm and aromatic spices to the plate. A big of magic!
Baharat means ‘spice’, derived from the Arabic word bahar, meaning ‘pepper’.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 12 lamb cutlets, trimmed
- 2-3 tbs Baharat Middle Eastern Spice Mix
- tabouli, tzatziki, Lebanese bread, to serve
Directions
- Combine oil and 2 tbs Baharat spice mix in a bowl. Brush over both sides of lamb cutlets.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes for a better result.
- Preheat a barbecue plate on medium heat until hot. Cook lamb for 3 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking.
- Serve with tabouli, tzatziki and Lebanese bread.
