The flavour-filled seasoning tastes great on succulent Australian lamb cutlets,  bringing beautiful warm and aromatic spices to the plate.  A big of magic!

Baharat means ‘spice’, derived from the Arabic word bahar, meaning ‘pepper’.

Ingredients

Directions

  • Combine oil and 2 tbs Baharat spice mix  in a bowl. Brush over both sides of lamb cutlets.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes for a better result.
  • Preheat a barbecue plate on medium heat until hot. Cook lamb for 3 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking.
  • Serve with tabouli, tzatziki and Lebanese bread.
