Grilled Lemon Pepper Fish

Lemon is often used in cooking to “Brighten” flavors, and works well to counter many of the briny flavors present in oceanic cuisine. … This is why lemon and fish can go so well together. The salt and the acid balance each other, while doing a little flavor dance on the palate

Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 tblsp Kumari’s lemon pepper blend
  • 3 tblsp butter
  • 2 tblsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Combine butter, Kumari’s lemon pepper, salt and parsley and rub it on the fish fillets.
  2. Spray oil on grill tray, place fish fillets on the tray and grill for about 7 minutes or until done.
