The marvelleous sauce that pairs perfectly with meat, chicken, fish, or vegetables, use it over rice, potatoes, and scrambled eggs too. Show off and stir into some softened cream cheese for a dip or into mayo, or butter and spread onto perfectly crunchy bread.
- 2 Cups Fresh parsley
- 1-2 Cloves Garlic, Roughly chopped
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 4 tbs White vinegar (or lemon juice or red wine vinegar.)
- 2 tbs Olive oil
- 1 tbs Water
- 1/2 tsp Freshly grated lemon zest
Add all of the ingredients into a food processor
Blend until smooth.
If needed, add water (one teaspoon or two at a time) to achieve a smoother sauce.
Adjust seasonings, and enjoy! (This is a strongly flavored sauce, so I add about 1-2 teaspoons to my dish for an extra punch of flavor.)
