Golden Latte tastes differently than anything you’ve ever tried before, its warm, slightly earthy, sometimes sweet and savory all at the same time.

Turmeric can improve mood and lower the risk of heart disease among many other health benefits.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk (full fat)
  • 1 tbs raw honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric (use alleppey for higher curcumin content)

Directions

  1. Place all your ingredients into a small saucepan
  2. Heat until simmering and then remove the cinnamon stick.
  3. Serve warm
  4. Makes 2 cups
